Top Lock: Fabrizio Zanotti – $9.3k
Zanotti has our top Value Ratio this week at 1.068. That is to say, based on Zanotti’s odds to win, we would expected his salary to be 6.8% higher.
Fabrizio has is tied for the third best odds to win but only the 8th highest salary. He has made 7 straight cuts on the Euro tour and should provide a good floor with high upside.
Top Fade: Jordan L. Smith – $11.0k
Given the hefty price tag, I’ll be fading Smith. I’d rather pay up another $500 to get the clear favorite Joost Luiten. Smith can put up a big score, but there are several other similar options (see Zanotti above) at lower price tags.
Top Value: Jason Scrivener – $7.7k
Scrivener rates well according to the gambling odds and had been in elite form prior to missing the cut in his last event. 4 out of 5 of his prior finishes were top-10, and he has elite upside.
Overall, I will be running 20 lineups with Zanotti as my top lock, likely at 55-65% ownership. Scrivener will be my second highest around 50-60%, and other players likely capped around 45%.
